These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and God Before Scroll ("God Before Scroll", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the God Before Scroll mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using God Before Scroll, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use God Before Scroll on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account using your email or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases & pricing

God Before Scroll Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring weekly, monthly, or yearly charges.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your Pro entitlement can be restored on devices that use the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases".
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
• Prices may change for future purchasers; a price change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or licensing features of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or coerce another person.

6. Screen Time & device control

God Before Scroll uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time features to shield apps you choose. You control which apps are blocked and may revoke this permission in iOS Settings at any time. God Before Scroll is a tool to support your own goals; it is not a guarantee that any app will be inaccessible in all circumstances, and you remain responsible for how you and any dependents in your care use your devices.

7. Devotional content

God Before Scroll provides Scripture, prayers, and reflective content for personal devotional use. This content is offered for spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

8. Intellectual property

God Before Scroll and its original content, features, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. Scripture quotations are used in accordance with applicable permissions for the translations referenced in the app.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that app blocking will function in every situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, God Before Scroll and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and God Before Scroll only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. To the extent the App Store's standard end-user license agreement (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) applies, you also agree to it; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern except as required by Apple's rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
